Scandalous Designs makes handcrafted sandals using only the finest materials from around the world.  Because of our belief in the quality of hand-construction, we take pride that every pair of our shoes is unique. We accept minor irregularities as evidence of the handmade process, to be appreciated rather than rejected.

We gladly warranty our products against manufacturer defects for one year, and will repair or replace your shoes, at our discretion, if you experience such an issue. However, we cannot be responsible for damage resulting from abusive wear or carelessness. We reserve the right to decline a return/exchange in such cases.

For our individual customers: If you wish to make a return, we ask that you send your shoes to us at 1594 Hart St., Suite 200, Southlake, TX 76092. Please include your full mailing address and phone number so that we may contact you. We will require you to cover the cost of shipping, as well as a $15 handling charge, to have your shoes returned to you.
